Refund policy

At PrintsByDerousane, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 21 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags intact. Customers must provide proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Please note that customised or personalised items (including printed designs made specifically to your request) are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
